The undersigned hereby grants Bayside Community Network Inc. and its affiliates, or anyone authorized by them the irrevocable right, license and privilege to use, dub, reproduce, perform, represent, exhibit, televise, transmit and simulate the undersigned’s name, likeness, photograph and voice in any manner and form by any method and process, through any media now or hereafter known or devised.
